Hey there, welcome to my page! There’s a little something about me. My name is Viviana Serna. I’m a Hispanic young lady from Southern California. I was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, which is located in Los Angeles. I am the oldest sibling, and the first to attend college from my family. I only have one younger brother is two years younger than me.

I am currently a sophomore at SF State University. I am undeclared but plan on pursuing a career as a prenatal nurse. I want to pursue a profession that involves working with children in the medical field. I have always loved babies and working with children. I recently became a volunteer at UCSF Children’s Hospital, this is my first time volunteering at a hospital and I’m very excited! Ever since I began volunteering in high school, I discovered that I love volunteering in places that involve working with children. I have volunteered in the Los Angeles Cancer Challenge Marathon, that benefited the Hirsburg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research as well as in a children’s museum known as DiscoveryCube.

I am always willing to learn new abilities and try new things out. During my free time I love working out and going on hikes. I love spending time outdoors and enjoying nature. I love listening to music and eating fruit. I also really enjoy watching baseball and softball games. Hope you enjoyed reading a little bit about me. (Picture was taken by my Godmother)
